Magoad was a large dinosaur like demon originally seen in Devilman during the underground Black Sabbath.
Appearance[]
Magoad vaguely resembled a sauropod-like demon with large horns on top of his head, his entire body is covered in black markings. He had large eyes and sharp teeth.
Abilities[]
He had no known psychic or projectile attacks, however he possessed a massive amount of strength and could run at great speeds to ram into his enemies.
History[]
Magoad is among the many demons seen at the Black Sabbath held by Ryo Asuka. After Ryo starts to kill the guests and cause much bloodshed, demons start to emerge and take over the party goers bodies, among the demons was Magoad.
When the demon believed to be Amon, tears the head off the demoness Welvath, Magoad confusedly asks what he was thinking, only for the demon hero to reveal he was no more, and that the human Akira Fudo now had dominance over his body.
Shortly after a massacre breaks out as Akira slaughters the demons. Akira can be seen stabbing his thumb in Magoad's eye as they fight, killing him shortly thereafter.
Years later, whilst trapped in Hell, Akira recounts to Jun Fudo about the many battles before being killed by Satan. Magoad was seen among a large crowd that included the likes of Ghelmer, Sirene, Aleda and many others.

- Magoad has gone on to make a small appearance in just about every major series since his initial appearance in Devilman.
